LAVAGE ET SOIN ALPAGA
- Lavage à la main
- Les tricots d’alpaga doivent être lavés à la main uniquement à l’eau froide avec un détergent doux ou un shampooing.
- N’utilisez jamais d’agent de blanchiment chloré. Woolite n’est pas recommandé.
- Retirez soigneusement tout excès d’eau, en évitant tout essorage ou torsion.
- Poser le produit à plat, le remodeler à ses dimensions d’origine et le laisser sécher naturellement. Stocker et conserver votre produit
- Avant de ranger, assurez-vous que l’article est complètement sec.
- Il existe différentes techniques pour éviter les dommages résultant de la présence de mite. Ce sera mieux si vous stockez le produit dans un coffre en cèdre scellé, un congélateur (dans un sac à fermeture à glissière) ou tout autre environnement protégé contre les mites
- Les sachets contenant de la lavande séchée sont également utiles.
- Nous ne recommandons pas l’utilisation de boules de naphtaline.

ALPACA WASH & CARE
- Hand washing
- Alpaca knits should be hand-washed only in cold water using a gentle detergent or shampoo.
- Never use chlorine bleach. Woolite is not recommended.
- Remove any excess water carefully, avoiding any wringing or twisting.
- Lay the product flat, reshape to its original dimensions and allow it to dry naturally. Storing and preserving your product
- Before storing, make sure that the item is fully dry.
- There are various techniques to avoid damage resulting from the presence of moths. It will be better if you store the product in a sealed cedar chest, a freezer (in a zip lock bag) or any moth protected environment.
- Sachets using dried lavender are also useful.
- We do not recommend the use of mothballs.

Returns
We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. The stock can change at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock once your order has been made.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order after 30 days since you purchased it.
In order for your item to be returned the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
